Who we are at ADMUNDI

ADMUNDI is a non-profit association based in Malaga, Spain, founded in 2006 by volunteers from a range of professional backgrounds.

Our mission is to improve the health, the education and, more broadly, the living conditions of children in need, helping them towards a life of dignity and a way out of poverty and exclusion.

We work in international cooperation on the ground and in development education in Spain, always guided by two verbs: to educate and to improve. To educate in coexistence, happiness, self-esteem and skills; and to improve the health, food security and living conditions of the most vulnerable communities, especially children and women.

Our mission, vision and values

01.

Mission

To improve the health, education and living conditions of the most vulnerable children, helping them towards a life of dignity and a way out of poverty and exclusion.

02.

Vision

A world where no child’s development is limited by where they are born, and where communities lead their own progress.

03.

Values

Commitment to children, transparency, closeness, professionalism, working with the local community, gender equality and sustainable aid.

Our story

We do big things for small people. Since we were founded in Malaga in 2006, we have run cooperation and development education projects thanks to the support of public and private funders including Malaga City Council, the Parliament of Andalusia, Malaga Provincial Council, AECID and AACID, among others.

Our journey has taken us to:

Our team

Behind ADMUNDI there is a team of volunteers and professionals from a range of disciplines – healthcare, education, social work and technical fields – who put their knowledge at the service of children. The association is chaired by José Albújar Anastasio and sustained by members, volunteers and supporters whose trust makes every project possible.
