The second phase of the Anta Early Intervention Centre (Peru) begins

The centre extends its care to children up to the age of 12 and strengthens its therapy spaces and its training for teachers and families.

The Early Intervention Centre (CAT) in Anta, Peru, has begun its second phase. Set up by ADMUNDI to detect and treat developmental difficulties in early childhood in good time, the centre is now extending its care to children up to the age of 12.

This new stage covers improvements to the building, the creation of new therapy spaces, training for teachers, and direct care for pregnant women and for children, as well as strengthening local public policy.

The aim is to strengthen early intervention and child development for children in the rural farming communities of Anta, improving the capacity to detect difficulties and act on them. The project is supported by Malaga City Council and Fundación Almería Solidaria.
